There is so much I wish to convey
I hope in these words I find the way
To express what you truly mean to me
It seems only fitting and right done in poetry !

You are the reason I feel so blessed
Beside you, I'm always at my happiest
When I met you all my dreams came true
There's absolutely no way to live without you !

Taking your hand, everything seems right
Where there was darkness, there's now light
There is so much that I'll always thank you for
You are the reason I came to love life once more !

I agree with Richard, there are many things that convey and a special vehicle is poetry. There is a general view that associated with the poets to a world of kitsch and excessive sensibility, the voice of poets can be delicate, but also strong and forceful to designate the misery and squalor of the society in which they live. A greeting and congratulations on the poem.
