Poetry is Like

There is never a wrong way to eat a doughnut

So round…. So perfectly round

You can have icing

Or you can have frosting if you’re feeling frisky

You can have sprinkles or none

You can have filling, just more to enjoy

It can be long, fat, skinny, short, hot, cold, for breakfast for dinner

Doughnuts can confort

And

Doughnuts can surprise

Use it as a pick me up

Or just… eat it

So wholesome, or empty

A lack of one is sad… dont be doughnutless

Any occasion really…

Birthdays will do just fine

Everyone enjoys a doughnut

So don’t let go of the childish, joyful food

Consider it holding onto your youth

Doughnuts shall never die…
