Poetry's approval

I write and I rhyme trying to make sense with fewer words.

Attempting stories never written never heard.

               Always thinking maybe I should have written less or maybe a little bit more

               The order I put to the words

                will the readers get what I'm going for?

Does it have to rhyme and if so does it gotta be all the time?

Forever wondering do people really get what I write?

                 This I ask to avoid remorse of a writers removal.

                 Has my writing met poetry's approval?
