POLITE DISCUSSION

Just a polite discussion is what we had today 
We both listened to what the other had to say 
I agreed with some of the things you said 
The things I disagreed with I shook my head 

I then put in my say to this polite discussion 
Without any fear,detriment or repercussion 
You listened intently like I duly did for you 
Some of the things I said were possibly true 

At the end we both felt better for this chat 
Both agreed to disagree on this and that 
I think in sporting terms it is classed as a draw
Looking for another discussion that's for sure
