In the gray hollow of anticipation
The sweat begins to steam
And the stealth involved
Curtails the infidelity
Where the cursed cry
And the uncaring, fly high on the adulation
Of other sculptors
And artistic booksellers
Where words come
Cheaply paraphrasing
That which
Leaves holes in the souls
Of the vampires
Original neck-biting
And backstabbing
The undercurrent
Of political
Gain
And powers
Ultimate
Corruption.....

Yeah I do like this one quite a lot, T... lots for a cynical twisted bastard like myself to chew on for days, and I love that in a poem...I feel betrayal, corruption in dark forces, passion and anger and disappointment leaping off the page and a voice screaming in my once virgin ears...YOU'RE NOT IN KANSES ANYMORE, it's a dark f...ing world we live in...that's the tone I'm picking up, and I enjoyed it very much....raw honest quality work T, a def. favorite from me... the lines below are amazingly organic and 3D
