Don't waste your dreams in constant fear
Look for the good at every turn
And then we have the chance to learn

For negative thoughts are daily served
Each mind and soul is thus unnerved
See how the problems multiply
And still we wonder, asking why

The rabbit-hole goes very deep
We may find clues whilst we're asleep
And in the light of day we ask
Why must we wear this painful mask

For truth is free and so is love
The message comes from high above
Ignore the doubts, protect your views
