Power Of Faith

Lives can be changed all of a sudden
For those fallen victims in the hands of cancer
Fighting a never ending battle, morale broken down and frightened
In a world puzzled by demise and filled with questions left unanswered
How long am I going to live?
Knowing this may be a gift
But to others, it's a curse
So my question is, which is worse?
Scheduling the time an individual depart earth
Or to let them live worry free of the life they deserved
That is to trust or not to trust in the power of faith
Who knows how many lives it has saved
Because telling somebody their life runs on a clock
Is like telling them to prepare for their own funeral
Death by the door, ready with a knock
