Poem -

Power of the all-seeing eyes

The common obsession

Power of the all-seeing eyes

A thousand eyes are watching me
Making me do what they want me to
Staring at me what seems for like an eternity
Making me feel like there's nothing I can do

A thousand eyes are controlling me
Following me, my every move
No matter where I try to hide
They always find the places I like to resign

A thousand eyes are talking to me
Telling me whatever they want me to hear
So many truths and so many lies
In which I can't tell the difference
The only solution for it is that it all makes sense

I tried to close my eyes
I tried to empty my mind
But no matter what I tried to do
The all-seeing eyes always whisper some fright at night

Now I'm waking up in the morning
Too scared to walk outside
Because these eyes see everything
Your fears, your doubts and all that's hidden from the public on the inside
