Praise The Pope Bring Out The Sinners

Praise The Pope Bring Out The Sinners

Block off the streets
Shut down the city
Close the bridges
You can't get in,
Put the locals on edge
Give the kids an Indian summer vacation,
Traffic more upset
Aggressive despicable actions become suitable
For sinners with only one thing to talk about,
No work for the willing
Just duty for the worried,
Never have so many ever
Wanted a weekend to just be over
And stop this full moon craziness
Getting back to the way it was,
Some of us understand the significance
But can't help that swirling feeling
Of negative energy surrounding Philadelphia.

Hello cosmofunnelers, for some of yous who know and support me on here might know I live in Philadelphia and for the others who don't now you do, but as you have heard the pope will be here in a day and the craziness that has possessed this city has affected everyone so differently with the positives and negatives of this experience. Now I don't believe in religion let alone the catholic one nor do I have anything against the pope, I know how significant and historic this event will be because I think it is the first time the families will unite for a world meeting in this country and as a philadelphian I feel honored. There is this mixed emotion of bad feelings maybe just cause of how there shutting down the city (starting Friday at 6pm and not opening up until Monday at noon) that we have never witnessed anything like this or have had this many visitors occupy a blocked off area. My point is that I have expressed how I feel about this upcoming event and I was wondering from outsiders point of views what do you think. I am open to all sorts of comments and I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this.
