Poem -
Prisoner Of Love

No shackles or any bars
Only affectionate midnight tackles
And a pair of loving arms.
Don't waste your time
Looking for a chow hall
No need to wait in a line
For there isn't one at all.
Instead close your eyes
Cross through the rooms of our home.
In the awakening of no surprise
Only home cooked aromas.
You can end your search of.....
A prisoner of love.
Im here and have been sent through...
Fate of a love so true.

It resembles like 'the true love' of Francis Bacon. One thing I see in this poem is spiritual and inward realization of beauty and love than the mere romantic and out ward aspects. I'm not sure how much I'm right.
with regards, sayed
what I was trying in this poem is that marriage and relationships are supposed to be based on love and commitment and some may consider more of a confinement. those who may feel trapped. I tried to use comparison of the two in poetry.
Of course what I stated is very similar to your view points, marriage or love is based on true love and mutual understanding, that will last long and sincere. If it is based on the out ward beauty , without commitment and superficial that would be short lived.
This poem is an input for me to write some thing on true love.
all the best, sayed
