PROPHIEM 4

PROPHIEMÂ 4
OF HIM, WHAT THEY SAID!
For about one and a half thousand years
Saints and sages and kings and seers,
Have been defining the last prophetâs profile,
In their own way, and in their own style.
Out of that, here I put up a few
What they think of him, how their thoughts grew!
To him, full attention most people paid
I just sum up, of him what they said.
In âHeroes and Hero Worshipâ, Thomas Carlyle said,
âAs a true prophet, he, to me has stayedâ.
â Most influential man in human historyâ, said Thomas Carlyle,
When he studied his life, and thought for some while.
âAnd His was a voice from unknown deepâ.
In good faith, Carlyleâs words we should keep.
âOf all sacred religionsâ, Leo Tolstoy says,
âIn prophetâs teachings, lies the essences. â
In âVoltaire and Islamâ, goes Voltaireâs saying
âProphet was a mighty conqueror, and a just king,
And a wise legislator and a pious prophet,
He fulfilled great role before people of this planet.â
In âThe Genuine Islamâ, G.B.Shaw writes with heed,
âFor the future Europe, accetaable will be Mohammadâs creed.
In the new world era, if he takes absolute lead
In solving it problems, with peace and happiness he would secceed.â
Encyclopedia Britanica does honestly write
âThe prophet was a man with great insight,
And he wa a man honest  and upright,
Winning loyalty of those, like-wise honest and upright.â
âThe prophet wasâ, as his view Lane Pool made,
âMost faithful protector of those he protected.â
In âBiography of Prophetâ, Karen Armstrong made it clear,
âNon-violence was the culmination of his prophetic careerâ.
In âLife Of Mohammadâ, Sir William Muir wrote,
And his candid words, I must really quote.
âModesty and kindliness, generocity and patience,
In prophetâs conduct , pervaded this essenceâ.
.
Keeping his faith solemn, sincere and dart,
In âThe 100â, thus put in Micheal Hart,
âSupremely successful for religious and secular cause,
The only man in human history, the prophet wasâŚâ
In âLife And Teaching Of Mohammadâ, Annie Besant says,
About the messenger of Supreme, his character and his ways,
âIt is impossible for anyone, studying prophetâs life,
To feel anything but reverence towards Him and his strife.â
What I wrote here, is truth bound
And in books and on web, all can be found.
In this work, I said nothing without reference
And all that you read here, makes positive sense.
