PUDDLES

Children happily played in the park

While the sun shone down upon them bright.

Their laughter and song floated through the air

So free of worries

So free of cares.

Their cheeks glowed with health and vitality

They were having so much fun.

They tramped in the mud till their wellies filled

And from puddle to puddle they did run.

But the day was fading fast

And the wind began to blow.

Of fun and laughter they`d had their fill

So homeward bound they did go.
