Pumpkins

Pumpkins

We lay in your fields harmless and yellow

We look so powerless and mellow

But a time comes when we are far from lazy

We do things that aren't only crazy but also scary

We glow in the night

For you to follow our light

And if you dare walk into our place

Our smiles and deeds will swipe the smile off your face.
