Question of Chivalry

There are time's when I feel of being born in the wrong century.
What happened to the gift bestowed upon men to be complementary and trustworthy?
When poetry and attention to a woman's heart was first and foremost was a gentleman's main art.
When in days of yesteryear when a door opened for a lady you would hear the kind and friendly words of "Thank you, Dear Sir"
Do women today feel so empowered that they no longer feel any femininity?
Men are just a guilty as they still harbor childish ways and lack maturity to perform any act of Chivalry.
I only hope one day in time that as women are treated equally they accept acts of genuine courtesy.
My only advice to those who care is that it is a deed that should be done daily.
