Rant Over ?

Oh how I really wish I loved football
Alas it’s a sport I just don’t ‘get’ at all
Miniature men running around on my tv screen
Darting about on a pitch that is bright, field green

Every match seems the same to me
One team wins, the other looses
It’s as boring as can be

Dunno how people adore it
My hubby’s hooked, line & sinker
So coz it’s on the telly quite alot
I’m telling you it is a stinker

Just as well I do my dittys
They help to keep me sane
It’s on the tv now
I really think it is a pain

Overpaid players with bad attitudes
Forever falling out & getting in moods

Faking a fall when there is nothing wrong
Creating attention 
Making a right song

Pathetic to me yet probably not to you
So you may not understand when I say it makes me blue

Right that’s my rant over
I hope I’ve given you a little laugh
Now I’m away to run hot water
I’m gonna soak in my bath!!!
