Rapping God

I saw some men discussing
 while everyone was fussing
 about how some rap God.
 The panel had some points
 about rappers and their joints
 but did they spare the rod

 Some words are confusing
 in the form they're using
 so should we give the nod?
 Just want it to be known
 who should throw the stone
 and on whose rights we trod.

 I believe that our savior
 is a God of favor
 and Christ might applaud
 If the words and meaning
 have the listeners leading
 to a righteous God!

I am not a fan of rap music. That being said, is it wrong to praise the Lord in any fashion?
 We should not judge a man by the form of his music. We should only judge the content.
 My feelings did not change because I listened to the panel, but I did feel that we should not condemn a brand or type because we did not like some ones word choices. On that day when that soul is at the pearly gate, they will be judged by God and his will, will be done!
