Real Isolation

Real Isolation

A cage of my creation
Wanting to be free
And debilitated by
It's comfortability
Behind my empty eyes
I tell myself I need
This emptiness and pain
I stay deservingly
My tears invite a laugh
I'm not allowed to cry
Without joy, without wrath
Yes, vacancy inside
Forget for my sake
Is this who Ive become?
A smile oh so fake
For real isolation
