Rebirth II

I see light afar 
So dark yet the light so bright 
The eagerness to complete this journey 
Futile unending efforts 
In this tunnel I find myself 
So warm yet so dry 
Days past years past 
The light seems brighter 
I felt an approaching figure 
An image like me i thought 
Just a pool of water at a bend 
So still yet so refreshing 
The reflection led me on 
This pool will lead others too
My journey continues still 
Toiling through the unknown
No giving up life's journey 
So dark yet so true.
