Recovery
Feels good to finally be back,
Took me one year to recover.
Back to a place I love to be,
In life there is no other.
It’s just a state of mind,
Building a better you.
Easier to just give in,
Harder breaking through.
For all the ones who dared,
Gave happiness a chance.
No regrets my friends,
A complicated song and dance.
You get back what you deserve,
With hard work and endeavour.
Make sure you do it right,
The gains will last forever.
A healthy mind and body,
It’s the only way to be?
To unlock you’re potential,
Let fitness be the key.

Hi Tony, my recovery has been long but compared to Kathleen it was nothing. I feel both humble and proud I was able to touch her even if its just the smallest possible way. So happy.
