redemption
So many people place the blame on god,
They've had a bad day,
Week,
A year,
They never question if it is them themselves who have made bad decisions,
God is not in charge of your life,
He is not accountable for your selfish actions,
If you really take a good look around,
So many miracles happen every day,
All across the world,
He is busy with important matters,
Healing hurts,
Rebuilding lives,
If you seek forgiveness,
Then ask him,
Don't blame him,
After all nobody is perfect,
So many people i know say,
I wonder how many china men i ran over this time,
Bringing bad luck,
It is your negative thoughts that bring it upon you,
So many say i must have broken 10 mirrors,
All this bad luck,
Seek forgiveness inside yourself,
Let go of your own mistakes,
Offer them to god,
In exchange of happiness,
He will answer your call,
But only if you truly believe,
And truly seek redemption.

Hey Nardine, a few weeks ago I wrote on this subject, It's called Redeemed and voices the same concerns you convey so well here......my version is now a song and is at an agency right now in final stages of consideration for sale......it's one of the best poems I have ever written and it looks like it's going to make me some money too, all because I wrestled with these same issues and I think everyone does at some point in their lives..........another fantastic write my friend.......5*s.....you're such a good writer Nardine.......big smiles.....tony
