Poem -
Reflection
I refuse to succumb any more to depression
I have now found a suitable cure is reflection
I don't dwell on the bad that's happened to me
It's best to view as much as you can positively
So, I reflect on heart-warming deeds I've seen
I reflect on the enjoyable places I have been
I think of the entertaining characters I've known
Realizing with friends around I face nothing alone
Focusing on all that makes living so worthwhile
Contemplating the future I can raise a broad smile
There's always something for me to look forward to
Having reflected on life I know exactly what to do !
Life always offers so much and for so much I am glad
So,I carry on my way, grateful for the years I've had !

Richard a great reflection piece. I would like to say that when things are bothering me and I don't know how to talk to anyone or open up, it could be that iam reflecting on my situation. Once I have my reflection time I seem to bounce back. Enjoyed this write everyone can relate to this.
