REMEMBER YOUR FATHERS

 
He has to provide and to protect 
For his family he must never neglect
There has to be shelter from a storm
Always available to keep them warm

I'm referring in this poem to a bird I saw
Could relate to any father that's for sure 
I miss my dad and his words of advice 
Now keeping God company in paradise 

I'm sure he would have something to say
The way the world has turned out today 
So as the father bird now flies away 
Remember your fathers for this I pray
