ROUTINE OF LIFE

Up I get to face the world once more
Starting my routine as I walk out the door
I'm at the bus stop ready to start my day
I wish the bus driver would go a different way

Now at work the demands of the public need to be met
Can't wait for lunch that's a sure fire bet
When the last call has been taken I'm ready to go
The bus to take me home is incredibly slow

Evening meal done finished by nine
Feeling slightly light headed with a glass of wine
Then up the stairs I go and it's bed by ten
Thinking to myself the routine will soon be starting again
