Holds a candle to scandal and dishes the dirt 
Likes to spread rumours about a little town flirt 
If you are up to no good and having an affair 
You can guarantee Roxie the muckspreader will always be there 

Roxie makes notes what she sees and hears 
A ransom note to the guilty ones then suddenly appears 
Some would call it blackmail others extortion 
Be on your guard should you be planning an abortion 

Standing on toes is Roxie's way of life 
All the time being faithful and a  dutiful wife
