Said the Spider to that Fly 😱

“I will promise to give you shelter from that rain falling down from the stormy sky”

“Heavens above those dire drip drops will crush you and you will die”

“There is room for you and I in my parlour way up high”

So the frightened Fly falls into that Spiders trap

Terrified from the torrential teeming rain, it flew up and up following the Spiders tip tap

But then from out of the blackish blue, that sneaky Spider ensnared his wings amidst an entwined wrap

Where that scarey Spider simply smuggly smiled, so pleased with his tasty nightcap..

“Ohh no how on earth can this be”

Wailed the frightened Fly with woe-begotten misery

“I totally trusted you selfish Spider stupidly”

“Yet now I realise I am your victim, you are going to gobble me”
