Sailboat
The light of the moon shimmers,
On the dark waves of the sea.
The body of water, dividing you and me.
Our love rocks like this boat I’m in.
Sailing along, with the sway of your love.
It brings me up.
Down, up, down.
A current rips past.
Tearing me
From the path of your sea
We can no longer be.
