Poem -
Salute You.
I have an old school friend,
Who I think of most days,
He fought for our country,
For our lives to save,
Although I did not see him for many years,
The sad news of his death,
Immediately brought me to tears!
It's funny how someone can have an impact on your life,
You strongly think of memories that stand the test of time.
No amount of thank you's,
Could ever show,
Just how much his commitment means,
To all around the world.
There are so very many,
That would not die for what they love,
We thank you each & everyday,
Our angel up above xx

Thank you Tony. I hadn't seen him for a good few years, but we were close at school & I know all of his family. Even at a young age he was such a great character & inspiration x
