I used to live on solid land,
accepting mutating
reinforcing the plan, always
fixing and mending, guarding
the dam, hopeful and honest,
feeding the hand
Hardworking trustful playing
the game
Sane, was I ever... so fkn sane
Now I weave nightmares from
a harvest of lies, I collect them
from angels who live in the sky
I wear them to breakfast and I
wear them for tea for I dine
now with cherubs and we are
sanity free

Hi Marion, I like the whole poem but the last verse is sheer brilliance.

Thanks so much Syd x
Awww you are soo talented with your poetry 🌹💕🌹
Marion reads like a poetic mantra for everyone and how life can change for one and all. Things change, that's life and your captivating powerful poem reinforces it.
And you always write passionately from one's heart and thank heavens for that.
A fearless this is me, like it or lump it approach which is refreshing to see.
Full honours and respectfully given and thank you for something edgier and totally engaging.❤️
Hi Shaun, yes things can change in an instant and the world is forever altered as are we...thanks lovely man 🤗🤗
