The way You know my every thought,

I sense Your presence.

The way Your will is stouter than all,

The way You never allow me fall,

Falling deeper every day,

There is no light at the end of the tunnel,

Without Your unfailing grace.

Without You, what is life?

What’s the point?

All the pain, despondency, happiness,

It all means nothing.

It all means nothing without you.

Without you I’m a despairing void,

A pit of misery.

It’s something I have to work on.

Less of me,

More of you.

Because I need to know You.

I yearn to know You.

I have to know You.
