Poem -

Saved

She saved him once,

From his mad, desperate state,

As he fell from his mind,

Blinded by sight.

In the face of her greatness,

He faced his insignificance.

And with her angry, liquid, eyes,

She carried him to life’s afternoon.

Deep, deep, underground,

In the murky waters swam,

Together, torn, together,

Together.

Into me you see,

And you I see inside,

My dear,

Forever.
