Poem -

sea of stars

sea of stars

tiny thing
abandoned alone
roiling on a sea of stars
yet still to bravely turn and turn
lest all the awful truth be known
lest all her passengers should learn
that all is dead and nothing stirs
out there

Bloody brilliant Marion and reads like something Dorothy Parker at the peak of her poetry powers would write.
Superb in so few lines laying a poetry testament to how so well you write.
Loved reading this and great beat and flow and not forgetting its message and full honours deservedly and respectfully given. x

Marion I'm raising my poetry glass to your good self and your off kilter.
No rush on mine, just sitting there like a bad penny.
Hugs and Welsh ones back at you. x.
