SEEDS FOR THOUGHT

HATE:

The love and hate they display is so similar
The other side is just a mirror
Why so much animosity
When we are all in this together

DEATH:

Never far away
It takes away involuntarily
Some may even embrace it willingly
It has a hold on our psyche

HYPOCRASY:

Too many rules to abide by
No place to be free
To survive we accept unwillingly
The noose that is conformity

FRIENDSHIP:

Some we choose
Some we acquire
Often better than family

LIVING:

A struggle to survive for some
A journey that’s not often what it should be
A gift from the maker
That shows how much he loves humanity

WAR:

Used selfishly
To rid the world of variety
Blood is shed indiscriminately
It is a story that will continue into eternity
