Poem -

seemingly endless black.

Not every decision you make,
With your own heart feels right,
to Some degree , they are worth the fight,
Some decisions smack you in the face, over and over again,
Not to cause you pain, but reminding you that you care,
That you cared, you loved, and you decided to leave,
Breaking down, doesn't mean you are week, it means your strong, you have travelled to the very end of your heart, touched the boundaries within, on every angle, upturned, crawled underneath, suffocated within it,
Only to let go,
Fighting for love that was yours,
But isn't anymore,
The screaming your soul is withholding ,
Forces you to an uncontrollable space inside,
Living with the past memories of a fair union, love shared, a mirror image reflecting back and forwarded,
But when that mirror break's,
Shatters across the ground, the noise inside your head stops, as does time, no sound,
Refection of love lost,
Not found,
Sickness sets in around your soul,
Your heart turns bittersweet, your tears, burn with sorrow,
Masking your personality,
Can't even look upon your own face, in fear you to will see its missing, nothing looking back,
You decide to pick the pieces up, even if they cut deep, bleeding blood from wounds so deep,
Rebuilding your heart, piece by piece,
Your dignity, your pride, selfworth inside, your , your love,
You place a bandage around it to hold it all together,
Try to smile about life, cheap talk hows this weather , but in the end , that smack in the face, over and over again, becomes your best friend, you left to live, forgive, move on, but one thing that always repeats is that skip, that jump in heartbeat, that moment you are standing still, the memories that never vanished, that love that never will come back, painfully painting life in colours, to avoid that seemingly endless black.

AUTHOR WILLIAMS...

Sickness sets in around your soul,
Your heart turns bittersweet, your tears, burn with sorrow,
Masking your personality,

The entire verse is so good, I feel I should write about this poem separately.

Love, regards

Strong delivery,..poetic flow may be compared with the powerful voice of Shraddha. Shraddha is heroin of a Hindi epic poem 'Kamayani' written by Shri Jaishankar Prasad. I realize the feelings,...thank you.

With Love,
