Poem -

Selfishness

Can't do anything

Cant say anything

Subjected to silence

With no opinion of your own

Yet everyone has one for you

What you're supposed to do

How you're supposed to act

Who you're supposed to be

They say it's for the best

That you're too young to decide

You're too naive

Too immature

They say it's out of love

They say that they're just helping you

Guiding you

Trying to help you better yourself

Yet in reality...

They only care about themselves

They only use you to get what they want

They don't listen

They don't care

But that's okay though,

Because it always happens

No one ever listeme and no one ever truly cares
