SHADED BRAINS

Cause I take one final look at the person I've become
And I see many changes many differences in me
But similarity
A face is a face
No matter the place or time or distance were part of the humane race
For thing we need or want or desire its our time
To spend to wast to take in fast pase
Is quite the sad life to live
Ain't is so funny
How everything's about money
When in reality the thing we hold in such regard is a peace of paper
And isn't is disturbing how quick a heart can change
How fast priority should rearrange
A heart is an organ that pumps blood in to our vains
It holds no feeling no love simpathy or pain
It's not our brain
Who are we to say we're invincible
When in the end we will be invisible to any that remain
No legacy no purpose no reason to reside
And well besides
Our time our race our fast paced race is nothing but a speck of dust on top of the worlds shoulders
And still we hold dilusions so strongly in our grasp
That people like us have but a chance to gasp
Out the truth we all know is true
But ears remain to be blind and eyes silent
Stapled lips and contended ears
And so my voice is diluted
writing has a way of being kind of violent
No filter to sift my words
No restraint for I shall not speak it or preach it or shout it to the world but my words will spread like wild fire
The truths will be relearned
I will not be deterred from sharing what I feel and know and wish
I will not be silenced
By big mouthed monsters
With shaded brains
And clogged vains
Of hate
If I write what I feel what I think what I see nothing outside can ever get to me
The page is like a jail cell for demons and shadows and fire
I can write what I hate what I fear and what I desire
And I will never tyre from writing my opinion to my imaginary dominion
