The warning sign's were heeded
My heart it still proceeded
Though the valley of death,

Uncertainties within
every beatings heart's breath
To touch the soul
Of a shadow man,

Missing the sounds of hollowing cries
between the darkening skies,

Something in the way he earthed
A light inside to be re birthed,

Couldn't turn around in time
A tunnel with it's inflictions
Upon mine seeping into my skin
my soul searching for the spark
within him wondering endlessly

the shadow man that lurid me here
Had abandoned me
within the dark that night

Upon leaving turned out
the eternal light
alone in the shadows
No spark nor light
seeks the death
of this beatings heart breath
Released
To the shadows man's crest
Survival the fittest souls
the shadow man's test.
