She's My Daughter

She loves to dance.

She loves to sing.

And she came from me.
She loves to act. 
She can recite lines from a movie and or a show.
The best part is, she came from me.
She has blue eyes.
I have brown eyes.
She has blonde hair.
I have brown hair.
Yet, she still came from me.
The color of her skin tone is more pale, or as I call it, white.
The color of my skin tone is not as dark as it used to be, but as I call it, tan.
But, she still came from me.
She can be outgoing at times.
She is also aware of whom she chooses to talk around.
I am more shy.
I like to stay to myself most of the time.
And yet, she still came from me.
Now there are things we have in common. 
We both can be stubborn. 
And when we smile, she looks like me.
Like I said before, she came from me.
For she is a part of me. 
She is a part of me that I helped created.
This beautiful little girl, she is one in a million.
She is.
She came.
She is my daughter! 
The part of me that I'm very proud to be able to call my own child.
She came from me.
