Trapped. Breathless. Lost - 
Cannot escape at any cost.
Sad. Hurt. Lifeless -
Wishing for a bit of happiness.
Scream. Cry. Shout -
No way to get out.

Hopes. Wishes. Dreams - 
And her inner fire still gleams.
Thinks. Believes. Knows -
That there are those,
Who will help her out
With nothing more to shout.
