Silence Says It All

Your looking to me to make the call,
Your silent words speak loudest of all.
I match the tone with careless blank,
I poured the bitter wine for us to have drank.

Still burning your vision upon me,
Still i'm lost in thought of the reckless young.
Dreading the arguments I for see,
Dreading also the face beholding a cat gotten tongue.

How much longer till someone breaks through,
How long does the staring competition signify anything we prove,
And the silence gives us both a clue,
And I call you out to make your move.
