I know it’s been a while,
That we have been apart.
You are always with me,
Way deep down in my heart.
I wish my life never ended,
And I didn’t have to go.
I really miss your smile,
And how your face would glow.
My life is not the same now,
That’s all I have to say.
God took me away from you,
And I miss you every day.
I wish we could still be together,
So that I could make you see.
