Sir Knight

Sir Knight

Steel upon steed
Clashing metal
Bloody stampede,

Dust settles
Pierced impenetrable heart
Fall of withering love pedals

A well lit torch now a silenced spark,
In soulless fields we honor the man
Lonely widows curse crying at dark,

Finally peace, sword rests in hand
Laid out in golden silk linens,
Floating flame of heaven victory is grand.
