Poem -

sleep now

childish mirth displaced the quietĀ
of what reposed of nightly peace
for such begone this sleepy diet
and dream yon child and never ceaseĀ

for days end come and tired thy be
but wish for that you hold so dearĀ
and close sweet eyes and so sleepily
a wish becomes and now draws nearĀ
