Slowly Fading

~golden years~

or so they say,

youthful fears still reside,Ā

insecurities I still hide,

tears I still shed,

lost love still hidden,

happiness still forbidden,Ā

my purpose still uncertain,

memories decaying,

still praying,Ā

truths still not uncovered,Ā

~golden years~ my assĀ
