Poem -
" SO TIRED (of letting everybody down) "
Sometimes, when I reflect upon my life
All the wrong choices
The people I helped to make cry
The times, I couldn't understand why
I let down the people dearest to me
For trying to excel
At everything,
With arrows, and bow strung
Tiger, by my side
Selfishly standing on the shoulders
Of my sisters and brothers,
So that I might glimpse
The secrets of life,
But coming up short
And then, (owing everyone)
All those, who lent me a helping hand
I'm just treading water
Hoping, not to drown
I'm just so dam tired
Of letting everybody
Down....
