Poem -
Soaring
From now on everything will be all it can be.
No longer shall I give in to hurt and apathy !
Changing how I view this world did me good,
Facing all that is to confront me as I should !
Not to let circumstances get the better of me,
Never before have I felt this peaceful or happy.
Knowing such worrying simply got me nowhere,
I take control realizing so much more I can bear.
The future I consider mine to do with as I please.
Now I spread wings to soar above it all with ease !
