Social Justice

We look across the world searching for our fame.

Propping ourselves upon those that we do blame.

It’s everyone else’s fault that I am unhappy

The tenets of the cult of the selfish and the crappy

Oh how we are entitled to anything we sound

Taking pleasure in hypocrisy as we drag another down.

How dare you have opinions that are different to mine.

There is no nuance, its only black and white.

You said something offensive so I must cut you down

for I am the righteous and the protector of this realm.

You think that it matters, your point was well thought out.

I’m for social justice, that’s not what I’m about.

I’m about embracing all that share my point of view.

I call it diversity but we both no that’s not true.

Everyone is important are the words for which I fight

You have no right to your opinion because you’re male and your white.
