HI self how was your day 
good self got up early
did my chores
had my devotions 
took a short walk
wrote some new poems
self are you  listening to calm soothing 
music yes by the way I am
it he'lps me to relax
as a matter of  fact it 
causes me to get in the sleep mode 
good night self
