SOMETHING IN THE AIR...
There are they, that are
missing
Where did they go
There are bits of things, lost
now, and
Vibrant things in bits somehow
Songs forgotten, words
evaporated
Echoes of laughter and
footsteps that,
Pitter patter, chatter in ancient
souls
Loves that have burned off
like candles
Wisps retained in the oxygen
around
Breathed in, expelled, reused,
gone, used up, expended ...
Forgotten?
No...never that...

All I can say is...brilliant. pinning because this needs a few more reads. Our lives are made up of bits of this and bits of that. Important things related to the attic in our minds. Things dragged out of that attic to ruminate over. Again. And again. Until we return them to that dark and dusty corner.

Hi Marion...I've just been busy creating my own website. www.christinajwords.co.uk and also have friends on other sites. And also re recording for a radio show that is showcasing my work to be aired on December 11th and Dec 18th I believe. Plus I ran out of data as between broadband suppliers at moment. Just busy at the moment. Am trying to catch up on here though. Hope you are well x

The website is a personal one but I hope to showcase the work of others on it (with permission) if it ever gets enough traffic.
The radio station approached me. Apparently they liked my work and wanted to feature it in their new show. I already new about the show as I know the producer (on line that is) and yeah, they approached me. I know for sure that they are scouting on Northern Poetry. Wayne Stubbs was featured on Friday and his show is being repeated this coming Friday too. Radio Kaos Carribou or Radio KC. It is a show that should definitely be supported by poets of all abilities. And it is online so can be followed from wherever you are in the world x

Hi Marion, I will do. The station does not accept submissions. They have scouts to do the selecting. Just have an online presence. I know they look on the facebook group Northern Poetry... if that helps any x
