Sons of Poseidon

born in salt and iron
baptised in Atlantis 
by the trident of Poseidon 
thee becoming eternal 
knights of the sea 
as they say 
many are called 
but few are chosen 
I don't know yet
what thy destiny 
It's up to Poseidon
to see if thine worthy
hearts of gold 
for we sacrifice
for our family and country
unsung heores as they say 
muscles of fortitude 
for we are the lifeblood 
of the global economy 
mind of firmness
for we battle loneliness
and "her" unpredictability
you know how it is 
when she gets angry
it gets very ugly
but when she's calm and tranquil
