Poem -

SORRY

I'm always apologising and always to blame
I think sorry should have been my middle name
It wasn't my fault I stood on your toe
The time was late and my reactions were slow

Both insurance companies claim I crashed into your car
I would like to think it's because I can't see very far
Sorry seems to occur when I'm driving or walking
Unfortunately it also happens when I start talking

I remember the time when you bought a new dress
My comments were something like you look a complete mess
So as I get up and start the day once more
Wondering how many times the word sorry has in store
